Zachary Warne

Born and raised in High River, Zach is proud to have returned home to build a legal practice serving the community that helped shape him. After graduating from the University of Alberta, Zach pursued his legal education abroad at the University of York in England. He went on to begin his solicitor training with an international law firm in the UK gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced international legal environment.

Ultimately, home called. After meeting his wife—another proud High River local—Zach returned to southern Alberta to build both a family and a legal practice rooted in the communities he knows best. For the past four years, he has been practising in High River and Okotoks, bringing the knowledge and professionalism of larger firms to the personal, relationship-driven service that smaller communities deserve.

Zach believes clients shouldn’t feel like just another file. He values meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their goals, and guiding them through each step of the legal process with clear communication and practical advice. Whether assisting with a real estate transaction, business matter, or estate planning, Zach remains personally involved throughout every file, ensuring deadlines are met and clients feel informed and supported from beginning to end.
