How a closing works with us

Once your contract is firm, we open the file, order the searches, and confirm the title is clear. We prepare the transfer and mortgage documents, meet with you to sign, and coordinate with your lender and the other side’s lawyer. On possession day we register the transfer and release funds, and you get your keys.

Clear fees, quoted up front. For standard residential purchases, sales and refinances we quote a fixed legal fee before you commit, so you know the cost early.
